PRINT PROCESS

Our print equipment runs the whole gamut of the pre-press and print continuum. All of our printing machines have CIP3 technology, which permits the automatic transfer of parameters for each print job from the CTP (Computer to Plate) system direct to the printing machine.

We have 5 Heidelberg Speedmaster sheet printers, handling paper up to 72x102 cm, in 2, 6, 8 or 10 colors; giving us all possible combinations of printing options: 10 colors per line, or 5+5, 4+4, 2+2, 1+1; on front and back at the same time. All this enables us to produce over 35,000 sheets per hour, 24 hours a day.

The equipment in our printing plants is under a programme of continual renewal, keeping up with the latest advances in printing technology. All our machines are a maximum of 5 years old.
